idTag identifies these as Soneil offline sessions — change it to the CMS's whitelisted offline tag if they require one.

2 Chargers → OCPP URLs include all

Each charger is its own OCPP charge point — paste its CSMS URL (the trailing id is the charge-point id created on that dashboard). Test proves the link with a Boot + Heartbeat so the provider sees it online before any real outage.
